Bones Financial Management LLC, a woman owned firm, specializes in assisting businesses to flourish in finance, accounting, and human resources. Our focus is on providing proactive and personalized service, with a foundation of trust, honesty, and open communication. We are enthusiastic about working with our clients to enhance their value, excellence, and financial empowerment, allowing them to succeed in every possible way. Catherine, the founder, has many years of experience working for both large and small companies. She started Bones Financial Management as a virtual consulting company to aid other businesses. Catherine has incorporated the best practices she has learned into a customizable model that fulfills our clients' needs while fostering a collaborative partnership. She has closely worked with clients from different industries such as advertising, media, digital, real estate, non-profit, and dental. We love working with a diverse group of clients, particularly women entrepreneurs and small business owners, to help them achieve their business goals, employee growth plans, and financial freedom.
At Bones Financial Management, our mission is to provide a nurturing workplace that empowers mothers. We believe in creating a real work-life balance for our employees. To achieve this, we ensure that each team member works for less than 20 hours a week, allowing them to prioritize their personal life, particularly their family.
When not helping businesses succeed, Catherine enjoys spending quality time with her family. She has been married to her husband, Ken, for a decade and has two children and a charming beagle. They love exploring the many wonders of Southern California while spending time outdoors. They also have a passion for brewing excellent beer.
